Batesville City Hall serves as the hub for city utilities.  The city of Batesville provides approximately 3,782 water services, 3,032 sewer services, and 2,175 gas services to residences and businesses throughout Batesville.

If you are experiencing any issues in regards to city water, sewer, or gas you are encouraged to contact the Utility Clerks at City Hall (662) 563-4576 Option 1. City Hall is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m excluding holidays.
